Hello everyone! My sister Holleigh Taufer was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer last year. She has a 5 year old son, Kieran. I am sharing some of my favorite techniques I have learned over the past 18 years of training Brazilian Jiu-jitsu with David Kama, Henry Akins and Master Rickson Gracie.
