For those of you who had the pleasure of having Brent Hewitt in their life, we are raising money to honor him by celebrating everything good that he stood for and providing a place we can share in the form of a memorial. 

We have chosen to have a beachside bench memorial placed at Stone Steps Beach in Encinitas, CA, Brents hometown.   The bench will be placed in a public location at the top of the stairs where all who visit the beach for fun, solitude, comfort, relaxation, love, sport, sunsets, and family can share what Brent loved.

All the money we raise will go toward a City bench placed by the Encinitas Parks and Rec. and will include a personalized plaque in rememberance of Brent with a view of the pacific ocean.

We would like to raise enough money to start the process with in the next few weeks, by the end of the year 2015 is our goal! Let's do this for our friend, brother, and family.

Brent meant so much to all of us around the world and he gave us so much to be thankful for.  He could always make us laugh with his great sense of humor, inside jokes, and contagious smile.  I like to think that he made us laugh because laughing makes everything easier, funnier, and happier in life.  None of us know how long we have to live but we can determine how wide.  Brent mastered that early on and left a lasting impression!
