Sergeant Joseph Fennell's memorial
Donation protected
Cape Cod lost a hero this week when retired Chatham Police Sergeant Joseph Fennell unexpectedly passed away.
Joe was with the CPD for 35 years and was truly dedicated to the community he served. If you knew Joe, you know that he always put others first. He would give someone the shirt off his back if they needed it.
As much as he was a hero to the wonderful people of Chatham he was even more a hero to the family he loved so very much. There has never been a more dedicated Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, or friend than Joe.
His sudden passing has left his family and his many friends devastated. The life that Joe led deserves to be honored and tribute appropriately. We know everyone is struggling to put food on the table and take care of the needs of their families, but if you have anything to spare to help off set some of the unexpected costs the family would greatly appreciate it.
