Help Kris Kick Cancer

In May this year, Kristen Ehlers was diagnosed with Grade 3 Stage 2B breast cancer. To say this diagnosis took her and her loved ones by surprise is an understatement.

Kristen has drawn on her inner strength, courage and resilience over the last few months while enduring this shocking news, invasive procedures and countless blood tests. Kris is 8 rounds into her 23 rounds of chemotherapy, with surgery to follow and the possibility of radiotherapy after that. During all of this she has remained her happy, fun-loving, positive self and her family and friends couldn’t be more proud of her.

I have the privilege of working with Kris - a dedicated, compassionate Nurse who is always caring for others. As inspirational as she is showing up to work between her treatments, and as wonderful as it is to have her there, no-one should ever have to worry about money or bills when facing a health crisis.
