Hello, my name is Johnny Slagle, and I truly appreciate you taking a moment to read my story. I was diagnosed with stage 3 esophageal cancer that is rapidly spreading.

I recently completed my chemotherapy and radiation and I am now scheduled for a esophagectomy surgery on February 14th. The procedure will take approximately 6 hour and I will be in the hospital for 2 weeks with a 6 month recovery.

Due to being widowed and self employed, it has put me and my family in a financial burden. Any money donated will be used for my medical expenses, utilities bills, food and gas.
