Recently my mom was diagnosed with stage two breast cancer. This was all so new to me so I didn't know how to go about it. The next thing I knew she was on chemo tharepy. My sister did a little fund raiser and made some money but my mom, instead of using it for her own wig, is donating it all to the wig exchange program, for people with chemo who can't afford a wig. Wigs can get really expensive, exppecially after paying for chemo. My goal is to suprise my mom with some money for her wig, and give her a smile. I feel like raising money just shows her there are a lot of people out there who really care about her and people that have or are going through the same thing. I'm not asking for a lot, every cent counts;)
