Assistance Fund for Janie Favuzza

Donation protected
Janie Favuzza is her husband's beautiful partner and wife, sounding board, pal, voice of reason, the kid’s amazing mom, loving friend, sweet aunt and sister, witty stranger, and silly nana. She's the kind of wife every man looks for and wants at his side. Not only strikingly beautiful on the outside but also on the inside. Janie is the most sincere and sweet human being, and the best friend to all of us anyone could ask for.

Janie has a deep love for anything living- wouldn’t hurt a fly or stand by and watch one get hurt. Any living thing from a frog she trying to save from the cat, stray dogs, mama dear that live in the woods, to all children and anyone that crosses her path, all feel every ounce of love in her heart.

She had never been sick a day in her life, never took naps, always energetic. If you only met her once, you would be able to describe her as a breath of fresh air, tremendously giving, entertaining, funny, sweet, happy and a beautiful soul. Years ago, one of Janie’s employees told her daughter that she had never met anyone else with more class than Janie. Janie’s granddaughter said that her nana was her hero and an inspiration because she has never heard her nana complain, only sees her bring joy to everyone around her, and always puts others before herself. Even during these past few years of having cancer, she always smiles and says funny things to keep the mood positive. Janie is such a wise, intelligent, warm hearted woman that is struggling to stay alive; we are doing everything in our power to help.

In February 2013, Janie was diagnosed and started treatment for cervical cancer, (they also found a small amount in her lymph nodes). Although she had a 95% curable disease, they began to “practice” medicine on her tiny body. She described it as the MD torture chamber. Along with the normal radiation and chemo, they had her hooked up to a machine that delivered radiation internally to her cervix, 15 minutes every hour for 48 hours- TWICE. It was SENSELESS because the tumor was almost gone and still shrinking after the first round. Why did we give the doctors so much TRUST? Why didn’t we ask what other options we had? She had a CURABLE disease.

Radiation doesn’t just target the tumor; it hits all of the surrounding areas as well. Because of this, Janie suffered substantial organ damage. They said her intestines were like the consistency of wet toilet paper.

In 2014, Texas Oncology found that Janie still had cancer in her lymph nodes. After our experience with conventional medicine Janie decided to fight the cancer with alternative medicine which is showing us some very encouraging signs. Her determination gives us hope to help. The problem we face is that it is very expensive. Your donation will go towards fighting this disease and all of the daily expenses, from juicing to supplements to medical expenses. Along with your donation, your prayers for this wonderful lady will be heard by our Father God, felt by Jesus and appreciated by all of us. Janie is the rock of our family. She’s the most tender hearted person any of us have ever met. It’s devastating to see such a sweet person in so much pain. We have faith that she can be healed again from the pointless damage and cancer in her body.

Thank you for the time you took to read this, and for your donation. If you ever met her, you’d have a funny, encouraging, beautiful friend for life.

Our sincerest gratitude and appreciation for all of your help,

Bob, Janie, Robby, Angie, Dawn, Robert, Janelle, Sunny, Kevin, Glen, Hailey, Brooklyn, Leia, Ayden, Giabella, Foxie, Paprika,  Becky Rose and Bubby Joe

Please help the Favuzza family by donating to help with some of their expenses.  Janie was an employee for a CPA.  Once she was diagnosed with cancer, her employer expected her to receive chemo in the morning and return to work in the afternoon. She was let go just after her diagnosis.  Some of the expenses and how your money can help is by helping with  one of the following.

A big part of this donation will go towards nurses aides, to help the family at night. Recently, Janie contracted E. coli and is requiring constant care. She is such a sweet patient and refuses to give up.

Sweet Janie lost her battle last night 8/17/15. Any new donations with help with funeral expenses. ❤️
