Hello,
On December 23, 2022, Belfast, Maine was hit with a winter storm that brought hurricane-force winds with it. The 60 MPH winds caused significant damage to the sailboat that B.J. & Amanda Liversidge currently live on. Due to the damage, their home started to take on water and sink but luckily a local good samaritan stepped into action and placed a sump pump in the boat to help remove some water and bring the level of the boat back up.
Most of their essential items were ruined when the boat started to take on water and their boat is now in need of repair so they can safely stay in it again. We are asking for any donations to this wonderful couple to help them get back on their feet and be able to safely return to their home.
**We are very thankful that B.J. and Amanda were not on the boat when this happened as the outcome could have been far worse.
