Bitz Ramstad (Minnetonka, MN) is a much-loved mother, grandmother, friend and neighbor. Before retiring, she worked for many years at Glen Lake Elementary School in Hopkins supporting students, parents, teachers and staff in the front office. On Tuesday evening, May 9th, 2023, Bitz was wounded by a gunshot that was fired during a mental health crisis. We are grateful Bitz is recovering in the hospital and on a path of healing from this traumatic event.
