Ash, James and Harry here

Just a quick one- we are running Manchester half marathon on the 18th of may and we just wondered if maybe we could also do a little bit of fundraising alongside it. When thinking of a charity we could raise funds for, we could only really pick one that really hits a cord with us.

Mental health services across the North West and the West Midlands have been majorly hit over 10 years, unfortunately there is still such a massive amount of young men that severely suffer with their mental health. It’s a topic very close to our hearts and we’d like to try and do what we can to raise some much needed funds.

Yes I know every person and their dog is running now and doing a bloody hyrox - but if you could find it withen yourself, to spare a few quid for a worthwhile course- good on ya!

Ash has even shaved his head! So that alone is worth a pound or two
