Biscuit's medical care

Biscuit is a magic cat. He helps everybody. He's a tripod, having lost a front leg when he was a little kitten. Hasn't slowed him down one iota.

A few days ago, he started throwing up. A lot. Then he missed his 5 p.m. dinner, which, if you know Biscuit, means something is seriously wrong. Off to the emergency vet, where an ultrasound found a mass in his intenstine.

It appears to be cancer, but we don't know what kind yet. Today (November 24) the mass was removed and biopsies taken of enlarged lymph nodes. He came through the surgery just fine and is sleeping it off at this writing. He could come home as early as Thanksgiving, and hopefully we'll find out what he has next week when the lab sends a report on the mass.

Meanwhile, this is expensive. Y'all helped Tag out so much when he had blastomycosis, so I'm coming back now to ask for your help with Biscuit. I know it says $7,500, and I don't expect y'all to pay that. It's just where we are with the bills right now.

Don't worry if you can't contribute. Biscuit and I appreciate good thoughts and love and woo just as much as cash.

I'll keep you updated, and thanks ahead of time.
