Birthday Safety Wish: Help Erase My Public Records
Donation protected
Some of you may not know, but I'm a victim of irl stalking. I obtained restraining orders against my mom and stepdad who have been tracking my whereabouts since about 2017. The trouble with restraining orders in my state is that they have expiration dates and mine expires in 2026.
I've done most of the work I need to: name change, ss# change, address confidentiality ans so on. One of the last steps on my plate is to remove my information from public records websites. According to Michael Bazzell's site IntelTechniques, there are about 184 sites (that he knows of) with these records. I've done a few, but that number is DAUNTING.
I hope to gather money for a service to remove my information from records sites like these. There's a range of prices, from $17 for a single month of basic assistance to $180 for a full year of more comprehensive help. No one is under any obligation to help, of course, but I can't think of a better birthday gift than the last step to as complete safety from my stalkers as I can get.
