I am raising funds for my favorite not-for-profit organization: Pan-African Organization for Health Education and Research (POHER).

Funds will go towards:

1. Mentorship of medical students in Africa

2. Travel awards for attendees from across Africa to attend the annual medical research and mentorship symposium attendance

-The annual symposium is an opportunity for attendees to listen speakers describe their career decision and journey

-Network by meeting other students from various medical schools across Africa and build partnerships

-Longterm friends and collaborations for youth leaders
