It’s my birthday next Monday, and since I haven’t produced a Shakespeare play since summer 2024, I’m putting together a small birthday fundraiser to help jump-start the next one. I’ve been working on a new cut of The Tempest and I’d love to start building a little nest egg to bring it to life.

Over the past few years I’ve produced five Shakespeare plays, along with a handful of musicals, contemporary pieces, and classical plays. Through those productions I’ve learned a lot about how to make the shows lean, collaborative, and original.

I’ve cut The Tempest down to about 90 minutes and developed a version that’s focused, doable, and unique. If you feel like supporting something artistic, please consider! :)
