Greetings from Prague! My 65th birthday is coming up, and I need some financial assistance as your gift to me.
As many of you know, I just retired from teaching after twenty five years and am trying to jumpstart my acting career, so my income has been cut by about 2/3rds. I just had another tooth extracted, and now I am missing three. I desperately need to get implants, as well as a bunch of other work (root canals, crown, etc.) I simply do not have that at the moment, and need at least the implants urgently! So this is my birthday wish: please help me pay for this. Every little bit helps.

Full disclosure: Just so you are aware, I am going on a ten day film acting workshop in Spain. I have paid for this with some of the money I received from my late partners small pension from his job in the UK and with my last end of year bonus from school
, and it was budgeted months ago before my teeth became an urgent issue. However, US Social Security has denied my claim to my late partners survivor benefits, and due to my acting work I have been advised not to apply for my own until I reach 67, which has thrown a spanner into what I was projecting as my retirement income. I am now relying on my UK teacher's pension, my IRA in the USA, my tour guiding and the hit and miss world of acting.
