Hello! Lexi and Malachi here! We are joyfully anticipating our sweet (and first) baby girl this August. As we await this exciting day, we find ourselves in a unique, difficult, yet (by God's grace and from support from friends and family), overcomeable situation. This effort is to raise financial support we will need in the process of bringing our little one into the world.

Through an array of research, thought, prayer, and conversations with friends who have had good experiences here, we have decided to deliver our child through Blessed Beginnings birthing center in Napannee and utilize the services of Sacred Journey Midwifery in Goshen, Indiana (close to where we currently live) for prenatal, postpartum, and birth services. The care, concern for our questions, considerations of what is best for our baby girl, and our desire for a healthy natural birth have all bolstered our confidence in this clinic. Given that this clinic is "out of network" we do not have any insurance coverage of the birth or prenatal care. Two specific dates and amounts that are quickly approaching include: First, $3,100 by 32 weeks gestation for the midwifery services we have received through Sacred Journey. Secondly, a baseline of $2,400 for the delivery due on the date of delivery for the birth center itself. These, along with any unpredictable expenses of any complications occur add up to an anticipated nearly $6,000 goal. As we do what we can to cover expenses we're already experiencing, we would seek to see if you would consider partnering with us both financially and spiritually (through praying for us in safety and wisdom) to give our first child the care she needs!
