This October, Myself and Nell have partnered up to raise money for Cancer patients through a hyrox competition.

Hyrox is a fitness race that aims to combine 8 functional stations with 1 kilometre running intervals, 8 times.

Hours of hard work, classes, and running has been completed by myself and Nell to the lead up to our race.

Each and every one of us knows somebody struggling with the physical and mental challenges that cancer brings upon patients, families and wider communities.

Help us raise some funding to give back to our chosen charity, Macmillan to reach everyone, especially those who need it most. Each and every donation is greatly appreciated.
