Hi, on the 1st of May I will be running the Birmingham Half Marathon for 4 PAWS Penang Animal Welfare Society, a no-kill, no-cage dog shelter in Penang, Malaysia. The shelter is entirely run on donations, and I would love to also raise some money in order to help them out, as with over 600 dogs, food and vet bills can get quite expensive. Please consider donating whatever you can, even the smallest amounts of help are much appreciated.

Many thanks, Nicole :)
