Hello and welcome! Thank you so much for taking the time to check out our page. Birds and Bees is a short comedy film, following a young boy named Johnny, who asked his parents that age old question, "where do babies come from?". His panicked parents send us on a joy ride of quirky scenarios in a desperate attempt to answer that very question, will Johnny find out the truth?
What makes our film different to other short comedies?
Unlike most modern comedies, our film focuses on using visual comedy techniques rather than story driven jokes. We are creating a unique and interesting, Australian based story which aids to promote local productions on a global scale.
We are all working hard on this fantastic project but need your help. We need to raise a budget to make our dream come to life, to get this little Australian comedy to punch above its weight and run with it, the sky is the limit. To show an Aussie take on this age old, awkward discussion, and hopefully have some fun in the process.
Birds and Bees has been written by the very talented Christian Petkaris, who will also be the director of the project. He is joined by a very skilled team below.
