Fire Relief for BioSkin Families Who Lost Homes
The recent Almeda wildfire forced many of our BioSkin employees to evacuate and four of them - Robert, Ana, Maria, and Yuliana - received the devastating news that their homes burned to the ground. This campaign will support them, and will also support another employee's mother who also lost everything. BioSkin will match every thoughtful donation up to $40,000 so we can help all of them get into new homes and assist with all of the expenses that are not covered by insurance. They are currently staying with friends and family in the area.
This is a challenging time for so many and we greatly appreciate your kindness and generosity. If we raise more than the $20,000 goal, we will use the funds to provide assistance to the dozens of families in our network of friends that have lost homes. In the Rogue Valley, more than 2,300 residences have been lost. We know of many other families in need within our network. Many of the families lived in mobile home parks with no homeowner's or rental insurance. Most of the money will go to secure new housing through assistance with down payments and rental assistance. The rest of the money will go to buying necessary household items.
Thank you again for any assistance you provide. It will go to people in need.

This is where Robert's home previously stood. The scope of the destruction is hard to grasp. Entire neighborhoods are completely gone.
