Biltmore UMC Pipe Organ Fund

I'm raising funds to help my church, Biltmore United Methodist Church in Asheville, North Carolina, obtain an update to our present organ with an enhanced set of pipes to be used in conjunction with a digital organ.
An opportunity to purchase a turn-key arrangement has come to us, but we must respond within the next 10 business days. Presently, we have $1,000 in our Organ Fund account #82040.
The funds will be used to purchase a set of 18 ranks of pipes (pictured above) and a newer model digital organ console, to replace our existing 35-year old electronic Rodgers organ installation.
Obtaining pipes has been a long-time dream for this congregation, and as a volunteer organist and new member of the church, I want to help them succeed in a way that I can help. The church has been working on long-term goals to help them minister in new ways, and had not been using the organ for the past 6 years until my wife and I joined the congregation.
This gift will give them the encouragement to step out on faith and do so many more things; for me, I get to help them realize that things can happen if we truly believe....and encourage other musical opportunities to happen at our church as we are very well located to attract those needing a church home.
