Billy Wallace Memorial Scholarship Fund

Our Father was an \"AWESOME DADDY\".  He always worked 2 fulltime jobs to make sure that the seven of us were able to go to college.  He finally retired from the US Postal Service and LAPD Traffic Division after 30 years of dedicated work.  He left a life insurance policy that we are using to start this fund for the grandchildren - CJ, Kristin, Ashley, Justin and Jessica.
