This campaign has been started because of the shockingly, sudden loss of our beloved son, brother, uncle and friend Billy Shurley.
Billy was one of the most kind, gentle and loving souls, that we were blessed to have known and loved.
Although we are unable to ease the pain and suffering his passing has caused the Shurley family, we are asking for help with easing the financial burden that has been brought on his heartbroken, grieving family!!
