Billy Wineinger (Father of Tracy Wineinger)

On Tuesday night, Tracy and her family received a call that no one ever wants to get... The call from the police notifying you that your loved one had been killed in a car crash. Our world gets turned upside down. On Tuesday night, OMS II student Tracy Wineinger got that call.... Her father, Billy, was killed in a car crash. Tracy who not only attends KansasCOM, but also lives with her family to help take care of her mother. Given the nature of the crash and the investigation surrounding the crash is delaying help from insurance and from Veteran's Affairs.

Tracy's father was a husband, Air force Major (ret.), father, and grandfather. Tracy is now the sole caregiver of her mother who has her own health issues.

Tracy was reluctant to this help, but her classmates have convinced her that this fundraiser is to help ease the burden of uncertain times that are ahead. Juggling caring for her mother, filling the shoes of her father, and attending classes full-time here at KansasCOM will be challenging and any support is greatly appreciated for family use. Our support can help ease the financial burden and allow the family to grieve the loss of Billy.
