It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Billy Troiano. A loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to all. Billy was a loyal and dedicated employee to the Town of Westwood serving on the Department of Public Works for 25 years, most recently as a Senior Foreman.
Unfortunately, Billy was diagnosed with cancer and had been fighting that for several months. Another challenge was presented as he was diagnosed with COVID 19 and his battle ended early Wednesday morning, January 27th.
Billy's sudden passing will be felt by many, but none more so than his family, who has endured much given the extensive medical care Billy had been receiving for the last several months.
We ask that anyone and everyone who knew Billy try to assist in these difficult times as he would find comfort in knowing his family was being cared for and supported by the many that loved him.
