My brother Billy Shepperson passed away Thursday December 27th 2018.  He is survived by his wife Clare and his 18 month old daughter Alice.  This young family needs help as there were no plans in place for this sort of family emergency and they are a young family working in Wyoming agriculture.

Billy was a Marine Corps veteran whom deployed as a Scout Sniper with 3/1.
