Billy dedicated his life to making everyone around him feel love, light and laughter. Billy always had the incredible ability to make anyone smile. His laughter was infectious. Billy was a caring son, brother, friend and lover. We are all devastated by Billy's loss and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service.
