With the very sad and sudden loss of Billy, some of his friends thought it best to memorialize Billy by honoring his three children. Billy was a fun and generous friend who was the first to give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. Billy was the life of the party, loved a good time, and always made sure everyone around him was smiling.
