Billy Ray Dawson

This Go Fund Me page is to help my sister Tammy pay for funeral, medical, and living expenses related to the death of her youngest son Billy.

At age 11, Billy was hit by a car while trick or treating. He was thrown a long distance, and was in a coma for days. In addition to a traumatic brain injury, his bones required many pins, screws, and plates to repair them.

Then, later as a teenager, Billy developed a serious case of Crohn’s and Colitis. It ravaged his body for years, requiring multiple surgeries, hospital stays, and extensive home care. Crohn’s finally won on Oct 20, 2022, when Billy was called back to heaven at age 25.

Through all of this, Tammy has been by his side, providing any care he needed. And now with Billy’s passing, she is in a very financially disadvantaged situation trying to pay for funeral and other expenses.

Tammy has spent the latter part of her life selflessly caring for her disadvantaged sons.
