Hi my Dad, Billy Pal was born on November 5th 1945. He passed away on Friday the 13th @12:03. I don’t know where to begin This is crazy to me. He is a survivor of the Khmer Rouge genocide.. When I think about my Dad I remember how he would always try to fix things around the house. I remember him teaching me how to change a tire & change my car oil. He always loved pictures of flowers so he covered the kitchen wall with pink flower wallpaper. My Dad was so sweet & kind & just a really great Dad to me. He is no longer with us but I know he isn’t suffering anymore & he is at peace now. Please please help & share this & please help donate. Thank you so much for anything & everything.
