Billy Needs Your Help After Accident

I was in a major car accident with no health insurance. I will be out of work for 6 -12 weeks depending on my progress. I have several internal and external injuries including collapsed/punctured lungs, broken ribs and clavicle fractures. Any help is much appreciated.
