Hi my name is Joshua Rex I am fund raising for my friend I grew with on the north shore of Kauai. Billy is a fun loving caring guy. He is the type of person who would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. Sadly, Billy has recently been in a car accident just two days before the New Year. He was turning left at a light when a vehicle from the opposite direction hit him head-on doing 80mph. Billy was at no fault in the accident. Luckily, Billy has proper insurance on his vehicle, which has been totaled. Unfortunately for Billy he is in between jobs and doesn’t currently have health insurance. Billy was rushed to the ER where he was treated for his injuries including a strained neck, whiplash, and a contusion to his left chest and lung. This incident has racked up a lot of medical costs, which unfortunately will be out of pocket for our friend Billy. This fund will be towards medical costs for the ER visit, physical and chiropractic therapies, and giving him a little cushion until he can get back on his feet.
