William “Billy” Boylan Cueto
July 5, 1977 – June 28, 2025
With deep love and sorrow, we share that William “Billy” Boylan Cueto passed away unexpectedly on June 28, 2025, just days before his 48th birthday, while out for a morning run on the island of Nevis—a place and community he loved deeply.
Billy was known across the globe for his dedication to hospitality, his fierce loyalty to the Four Seasons brand, and his deeply held belief that kindness and excellence should always go hand in hand. His career with Four Seasons began in 2001 and spanned nearly a quarter-century, taking him from the front desk in Chicago to leadership roles in Houston, Westlake Village, Los Angeles, Anguilla, Palm Beach, and most recently, as General Manager of the Four Seasons Resort Nevis. Billy once said that working for Four Seasons felt like being with family—and that sentiment extended far beyond his job. In Nevis, he and his wife, Kacie Cueto, became actively involved in community initiatives, particularly those supporting senior citizens on the island.
Born on July 5, 1977, and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Billy studied painting at Texas A&M University–Commerce. He was a drummer in his twenties, and at his core, he remained an artist—expressive, vibrant, and always attuned to life’s beauty, absurdity, and depth. His style ran the full spectrum, from classic Vans to Gucci house slippers, and his appreciation for fine dining never outshone his love of an epic prank.
He is survived by his wife and best friend, Kacie Cueto; his mother, Mary Lee Holroyd, and stepfather, Doug Holroyd; his stepmother, Debbie Cueto; and his brothers, Jeff and Kevin Cueto; stepbrothers, David and Jeremy Maxwell; and stepsister, Brittany Hopkins Switlick. He was preceded in death by his father, Casey Cueto. He was the beloved “Uncle Billy” to six nieces and nephews, who cherished his playful spirit and big-hearted presence.

To celebrate with us we are asking that contributions are made in Billy’s honor to continue the programming Billy & his wife Kacie have helped to develop. These funds are allocated towards projects that are providing sustainable living& food supplies, safer living conditions for residents and an all around more structured support system for the staff and residents of the St. George’s & St. John’s Senior living center, located on the island of Nevis.
