Billy Booty, Jamie, Joe & Harry hike Scafell Pike

On the 23rd of March myself and my 3 friends: Joe Southwell, Billy Booty and Harry Phillips will be hiking up to the summit of Scafell Pike, the highest point in England.

We will be doing so in aid of Support 4 Sight and in honour of my dad, Support 4 Sight’s team member Graham Hawkes. Having climbed Mt Snowdon as a group last September we were already planning on trying to complete the bigger challenge of Scafell Pike this year but after the passing of my dad it adds extra meaning to this walk. We aim to raise as much money as possible for a cause that was so close to my dad’s heart and one that I know does such amazing work in the community.

I’d like to thank the other boys for making this challenge possible. Now time to hit the gym in preparation. Jamie.
