Sadly, we all lost our dear friend Bill to cancer on the 26th August 2019. Forever smiling, he battled on and was brave and strong right through to the end, which came quicker than we all anticipated.
Many of us have many stories to tell about fun times and happy memories with Bill, but one thing we can all agree on is that there were two things he cherished more than anything else: his beloved Huddersfield Town of course! But, even more than that, his family...... which leads us to the reason behind this crowdfunding page.
Having been unable to help him beat the disease, now is our chance to do something useful by raising funds to help Suzie, Marta, Max and Angie deal with the difficult months ahead. Whether it be a contribution towards funeral costs, university fees, or just a well-deserved break, we think it's what Bill would have wanted, and with so many friends in so many different places, hopefully we can reach our target.
Gone, but never forgotten:
