Hey everybody I'm posting this today because we need help burying my brother. Billy Arthur passed away yesterday morning around 2:00 a.m. April 17th he tragically drowned in a drainage pond not 100 yd from spotsylvania regional ER doors. We are trying to prepare funeral arrangements however he did not have burial insurance so we are struggling to come up with money to lay him to rest. Anything you can do any small amount helps thank you to everybody in advance for myself my mother and the rest of our family please keep us in your thoughts and prayers
