Billy was a warm, kind guy full of joy and left a beautiful family of 4, depending on his contribution to them. He is gonna be missed dearly and broke the hearts of many leaving us too early. He will be forever missed and all the good things he brought to this world will be also. Please support his surviving family as they will bare the burden of his tremendous emotional loss and and additionally a financial burden. RIP Wu tang billy.
