Hi, my name is Ben Clark. I’m raising funds to help cover startup cost for a nonprofit organization, Bill's Will, which will bridge the gap for families who have children with special needs that need financial aid to assist with paying for therapy services or medical equipment that their child needs to reach their maximum potential and improve their quality of life. Often times insurance does not cover all of the services and equipment that a child with special needs requires and families have to make difficult decisions and endure financial burdens to try to get their child what they need.

Bill's Will is inspired by my late brother, William "Bill" Jack Clark. Bill was born on July 19, 1977 with Tetralogy of Fallot, a birth defect that affected normal blood flow to his heart. He had 2 open heart surgeries, one on his first birthday and one on his 12th birthday. He died on July 20, 1989 from complications from surgery on the day before. Bill made a huge impact during his short life. He had the most gentle spirit and focused serving other people. Bill wanted to be an organ donor to help others after he was gone. He was able to donate his retinas and his caring and giving spirit gave someone else the gift of sight.

The purpose of Bill's Will is to carry on Bill's giving spirit and help other children with special needs in Baldwin, Mobile, and surrounding counties get the services and equipment that they need! Please help me carry on his giving spirit by donating towards Bill's Will start up costs. All donations will go toward the cost of the legal process and formation of this nonprofit organization. Any remaining proceeds will go towards the first donation to Bill's Will.
