Hi my name is Jaime, a dear friend, Vanessa, mother of three, is in her final stages of this journey we call life! As we prepare ourselves for the loss of a beautiful soul, Vanessa, the warrior that she is, has chosen to face this head on and allow the natural process to take place! 

Her family, including her children are going to need more assistance! We were planning on a transplant and now we are preparing for her funeral! That would mean her children will now need to be cared for, some with special needs, and her family has limited resources! I am asking for us all to come together and lift this family up in prayer, positive vibes, and just as importantly, Financially!
