Hi, I'm Doug Lyons and I'm raising money for a dear friend, Darlene Boyer. Her husband, Bill Boyer, suffered a severe stroke just over a month ago. He had severe damage to his middle and lower lobes of the brain. He has been diagnosed with locked-in syndrome. He cannot move and he can only communicate with his eyes.

They are going to bring him home in the next couple of weeks. Darlene will have to retire early to be Bill's 24-hour caregiver. They will have many needs such as a backup generator for their home, a wheelchair-accessible van, a ramp into the house, a hospital bed, and a lift. Not to mention all of the daily items for his care. Any and all donations will be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
