This is hard to do, and I am not coming to you all lightly. The past couple years I have kept things pretty quiet on the social media realm. So I realize, that I have to start close to the beginning.

In August of 2023, Ardis ended up moving out of the house for over a 100 days. That led me to having to get a 2nd job (worked this from September 2023- July 2024). He moved back in at the end of November, but pretty much it was like a band aid was placed on the issue (we did go through marriage counseling). Then in June last year, I was informed that my last day with that time's employer would be August 2nd. I had to stay working, and maintain good standing till August 2nd. Then because I quit my 2nd employer (although it was part-time), I didn't qualify for unemployment (a denial outranks an approval).

During the time (5 1/2 months) of unemployment, my severance/pension/401k was used in order to ensure all bills were paid.

While at work on April 10th, Ardis told me he wasn't going to be working and was going to get set up for FMLA. The next day he left for Los Angeles, CA. As of now, he still isn't back. Beginning of June, I received a letter from the bank that we have till July 2nd to makeup May and June mortgage payments, although the house is on the market. I am the adult working in this house, no financial gain from Ardis, the time of him not working was not planned for, and now I am grasping at straws. Literally everything is on my shoulders right now, and I feel like I will collapse at any moment. This go fund me is to pay the bank, and to get myself and the kids moved into a new place. I'm not necessarily looking for a handout, I am willing to pay back everyone after the sale of the house. Please no hate, I'm being really vulnerable here. If you need more details, I'm willing to share individually.
