Billie Turner & her Family

Hi Everyone my name is Lucy, I am Billie’s Nanny.

I am writing on behalf of an amazing family.

Zac, Freyja, Ada (4) & Billie(1).

On the 29th November 2022 Zac and Freyja’s life was flipped upside down when the encountered a parents worst nightmare. Their Little Billie who is only nearly 2 years of age was suddenly diagnosed with Leukaemia.

Any parent can imagine the immense pain being told your child is seriously unwell.

Billie’s fight has just started with her receiving blood transfusions and other urgent treatments.

She is in the amazing Sheffield Childrens Hospital & is getting amazing care that is needed for her to fight this.

The journey ahead will be long and unknown for Billie and her family however they are staying strong and positive.

Billie and her family will be back and forth from hospital for Billie’s treatments for at least the next couple of months then with ongoing back-and-forth chemotherapy treatments and tests that are required for the next 2 to 3 years in order to get Billie back to full health.

Any funds raised will be used to assist and support Billie and her family financially through this hard journey, things such as transport expensive hospital parking the things that are not covered by the NHS also stuff like groceries and ongoing bills such as mortgages car payments etc that unfortunately continue no matter the circumstances.
