was a loving wife, mother to three young sons, a daughter, sister, and granddaughter.
Billie always had laughter and love to share with everyone and she never knew a stranger.
The family lost Billie Jo last evening and we are devastated.

As of right now we don’t know if there is any insurance but we don’t think there is. Any additional funds over and above the final expenses will be used to set up a trust fund for her three boys.
