Billie Rose and her friend Amber was killed in a horrible car accident on Aug. 11th. Any money that could be raised to help Billie's family with funeral expenses and a fund to support her 4 year old daughter Bailie. Billie Rose was an amazing young woman with a beautiful soul and a golden heart. We cannot understand why this has happened. Lets make sure her family and daughter feel supported!
