My name is Jody Anderson Joyner. Shannon Dionne Anderson is my sister. She disappeared on 4/25/2023. Her abandoned car was found on Texas Rd and Broadcreek Rd. in Camden NC. She is a resident of Edenton NC.

She left her apartment (Chowan Gardens) around 8:30pm 4/25 stopped at 3 different houses asking for directions between 10-11pm and was never seen again.

We are wanting to put up billboards because my sister suffers from a medical condition which requires medication and there is a chance she may not even know who she is or where she is from at this point. We are hoping maybe she or someone else that she might be with would recognize her from the billboards and bring her home.
