This campaign is to help provide a celebration of life and burial for our beloved Bill Ryan, with any remaining funds going to support his son Liam and his fiancé Chelsea in their time of mourning.

Bill was an amazing man who spent his life quietly supporting us all: texting when we needed it most, offering a hug whenever he saw us, being the guy you'd call on when you needed a lift, or a helping hand, and being the rock that so many of us used to ground ourselves in our own times of difficulty. Whether he was your friend, your family, your co-worker, or a compatriot in the SCA, knowing Bill made all of our lives a little bit brighter.

Now, with his sudden passing, we have an opportunity to return all those little acts of kindness.

Bill leaves behind a six year old son, and a fiancé whose lives have just become immensely more difficult. This campaign is an effort to provide a little tangible support, and a little financial breathing space to help them through the days to come, as we all try to sort through just what a world without Bill in it looks like, and how to make our way forward.
