Hello to all. This is Rick and I am creating a fundraiser to help our dear friend Bill Kaiser who is in dire need of help. I was crumbled this week to hear that Bill has some form of liver cancer. Then to make matters worse, Bill contracted Covid during this past week. It has been difficult getting information because his thought process was all over the map. In his own words words a couple days go, he said he felt delirious. Apparently, there is a treatment plan available to him in the Dominican Republic, where he has lived for a number of years. The issue he has is that in order to get going on this treatment plan he will need upwards of $15,000 to start. His pension medical coerage may reimburse him for some of that but at this point I do not know how much or the rules that may exist. I do exchange messages with Bill on a daily basis and would like to keep everyone updated on the progress.
