On October 1, 2018, my dad, Bill Forker, had a seizure at work. He went to the emergency room and they found a tumor in his brain. 17 days later, he underwent brain surgery to remove the tumor and biopsy it. It came back as stage 4 glioblastoma, so he continued treatment with radiation and chemotherapy for 6 weeks. He was doing remarkably well but the seizures wouldn't stop. He was rushed to the ER and hospitalized two more times due to complications from this horrible terminal disease.

On February 9, he had to be taken back to the emergency room after a seizure that lasted a couple hours and he remains there still. A second tumor has formed in his brain and has made him unable to use his right arm and leg. We want to get him home after being in the hospital for so long, but we need medical care at home (this care isn't covered by our insurance).  The doctors haven't given us much hope or predictions on how long my dad has left. I started this page in hopes of getting my dad home so we can spend as much time as a family.
