Bill Bush Medical Fund

On Saturday, January 1, 2022 Bill was called to go tarp a roof for a customer. While doing so he unfortunately fell 12 ft. He was unconscious for a unknown time. The homeowners found him and called 911 for help. He was life-flighted to Grady in critical condition in which he remains. His injuries are extensive. He has a deep brain bleed, broken ribs, broken wrist, pelvis, bruised and bleeding spleen. They have been unable to completely asses him due to trying to keep his vitals stable without distributing his brain pressure. He’s had several CT scans of Brain and they are watching it closely. They have been encouraged that he has been able to communicate to them at times. They are trying to keep his pain level under control without compromising other problems. They have not even discussed surgery for the broken bones as the main concern is the brain at the moment. He will remain in the trauma ER until he is stable enough to move to ICU. He is top of list for a bed there when needed. On top of all this, Bill is type 1 diabetic and has tested positive for covid.

 

Bill works for a roofing company and works on 100% commission. Bill does not have any health insurance and bills do not stop when accidents happen. Bill has a wife Lisa and a son Bates. As expenses are already climbing so are their needs. They truly need our help. To know Bill is to love Bill.. he would give his shirt off his back at a moments notice. He’s a friend to everyone he has every met. One of the kindest souls you’ll ever meet.

 

This Go Fund Me was set up to help them through all this tragic accident. This is not a race, it’s a Journey. One that has so many unknowns.
