Bill Ayres- Medical Emergency Debt Relief
Donation protected
Some of you know Bill. You may know him better than I do since I met him only about a year and a half ago. What was immediately apparent was his sense of humor. After a few conversations, it was clear to me why he was such a successful pitching coach. (He coaches here in Fishers, Indiana.) He cares about his students. I heard story after story. His down-to-earth, practical, no-nonsense approach coupled with his humor has to be why his students love him so much. I'm not a name-dropper. Suffice it to say, he's trained some successful players.
But Bill is more than a coach. He's a husband, a father, and a grandfather, to name a few of the hats he wears.
I have the pleasure of knowing him because Bill's wife, Kim is my boss. She also happens to be his sweetheart. It's easy to see why. They're a wonderful, hardworking couple. They have two children and one heart-stealing granddaughter. Her name is Addison. She has Bill wrapped around her little finger, of course! Did you see the picture?
On the evening of April 2, 2023, Bill was struck with what he thought was a bad case of indigestion. It didn't take long to figure out something more was going on. He and Kim rushed to the emergency room where he was immediately admitted. Bill's appendix had ruptured.
Recovery was slow. Bill ended up in the hospital for a long time while his abdominal infection healed. But they had to get Bill healthy again. Unfortunately, due to circumstances, they had no insurance and found themselves with a staggering medical bill. The cost is beyond anything they can handle on their own. Sometimes life changes in an instant.
I couldn't stand by idly and watch Bill and Kim struggle under the weight of this burden. If there's anything I've learned, it's that a little bit goes a long way when we all pitch in. Will you consider becoming part of the 'many' to help Bill and Kim? No donation is too small (or too large!) I know it will mean so much to them. Also if you are willing to share this link it will make a huge difference.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I can't tell you how much we all appreciate it! May you be blessed tenfold for your help!
